Dan Sheynin is an actor based in NYC.  He’s had roles in commercials and films.  Our photo session was done on a beautiful fall day in Carl Schurz Park on the Upper East Side.

We started our photo session in the studio and then moved outside to the park.  The day was beautiful and wanted to take full advantage of the sunlight.

Stephen is a Client Services Representative at the ASPCA.  Today he was my model and willing to experiment with the afternoon conditions of light.  We were in Central Park, the sky was grey and the rain was falling. There were musicians playing heavenly music under the foot bridge with us, making our space feel like a cathedral.  Our images from this shoot are dramatic; theatrical.  What a great time!

Vanessa is a trained dancer and professional model.  On a rainy afternoon we met in Central Park and photographed under the footbridge near Bethesda Fountain using available light.  She is so amazing to work with!

Jim is a professional model and a great collaborator-he is so wonderful to photograph.  We worked together in the studio using one strobe overhead.  This allowed the light to sculpt his body, giving definition to his beautiful bone structure.
